Silverleaf Group are a privately owned real estate development and investment company focused on delivering aspirational contemporary residential led development across the South East.
Silverleaf Group believe that it is not only what we do that is important, but how we do it, both inside and outside of the work environment.
From the outset of every project, we instil the same core values; design, quality and integrity.
It is essential for us to provide an overall improvement to the quality of an area in which we develop, whilst also enhancing the lives of those who will live in the homes we create leaving a legacy we can be proud of.
It is also fundamental for us to ‘give back’ to the communities we work in by providing inward investment for cultural and community led projects.
All of our developments are bespoke designed for their location and aspire to demonstrate the very best in contemporary architecture. We do not have a generic house type or book of standard developments we work to. We believe that homes should be as unique and individual as you are, create visual interest and set a new benchmark in design standards.
We take the upmost pride in the developments we create, building iconic buildings that leave a positive legacy for years to come
We ensure that our homes are built above and beyond all regulatory requirements using the best materials and are finished to the highest possible standard
We take great pride in our reputation as a second generation family owned business, something we believe has been fundamental to our success over the past 16 years
Our customers are of the upmost importance to us and we are committed to ensuring that your home buying experience is as smooth as possible so that you can enjoy your new home for years to come.
When the times comes for you to move in you will be shown the property and how it works by one of the directors who can also answer any questions you may have.
Whilst all of our new homes come with an insurance backed warranty as standard, you will also benefit from our own 12 month post completion customer service to give you the peace of mind required.
We firmly believe that you should reinvest into communities to ensure that regeneration brings about positive change and impact. By virtue of the Silverleaf Group’s continued success it has enabled us to make considerable financial investment whilst also providing our resources to deliver positive change.
As part of this commitment, our Group Managing Director Justin Owens set out to create a community led project to help change the perception of Croydon, his home town and where Silverleaf Group was founded. He approached two Croydon based school friends who together went on to found ‘The Croydon Creative’ with a view to providing meanwhile use of derelict or unused areas of the Town Centre which were awaiting regeneration.
The company launched ‘Lost Format Society’ in 2015, a pop-up space providing an outdoor cinema and bar experience on top of a multi storey car park in the town centre owned by Schroeder’s and awaiting regeneration.
In 2016 it relocated to another multi-storey car park owned by Croydon Council and again, awaiting redevelopment. The offering expanded, providing a mixed used site catering for all aspects of the community including gardening lessons for children, rooftop yoga, cinema screenings and music events.
2017 saw it relocate on top of the Centrale shopping centre working in partnership with Westfield and Hammersons. Project highlights included having the London Mozart Players playing a live score over Charlie Chaplin’s ‘The Gold Rush’, a series of food festival and music led events.
As a result of the positive impact it has had on Croydon and the community, ‘The Croydon Creative’ won ‘Best New Business’ at the Croydon Business Excellence Awards 2016 whilst Silverleaf Group were finalist for ‘Commitment to the Community’ in 2018 at the same awards.
Silverleaf Group are proud to have provided funding to enable The Croydon Creative to deliver this important community project.
