Sat on a prominent corner plot near South Croydon Station, Silverleaf Group obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing house and erection of a 4 storey building providing 8 apartments.

The design of the building took reference from some of the key local historic mansion buildings whilst providing a contemporary response and overcoming the various constraints.
