Silverleaf Group acquired the property unconditionally which had an adverse planning history as a result of another developer who attempted to obtain planning but without success.

Silverleaf Group carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing house providing a contemporary finish whilst bringing a family home back into use.

We also successfully obtained planning permission for the erection of 2 detached houses to the side of the existing house.
