Hurnford Close comprised of a development of 11 substantial family homes on the borders of South Croydon and Sanderstead.

Originally forming the grounds of 4 houses, Silverleaf Group obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing houses and erection of 11 detached houses within a private cul de sac. The houses were designed to work positively with the contours of the site providing a mixed range of house types and accommodation.
